In January 2023, the Ministry of Culture, Financial Supervisory Commission, and Taiwan Stock Exchange amended the Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies to encourage listed companies to devote resources to cultural and art activities. These efforts not only can be disclosed, but also can enhance corporate governance assessments.
